We are a group of enthusiastic photographers who meet at least once a week to take and share photographs and photography skills.

We have a wide range of members, from beginners to experienced photographers. We learn from and help each other but our main goal is to have fun and take better photographs.

We are first & foremost a camera club.

Our members are based in and around Dunfermline but we also have members from further afield, even across the Forth.

Like most camera clubs, we meet regularly inside and outside to take photographs and exchange skills. We also produce photographs for competitions and exhibitions.

We meet every Wednesday throughout the year and also have some ad-hoc days and events. On the first Wednesday of every month we meet at the Royal British Legion in Dunfermline to talk about our program of events, hold workshops, learning events and tutorials, and to discuss our photographs. The rest of the time we are out and about, taking photographs and having fun as a group.

We are always open to new members.

We are always looking for new members. We know that some prospective members are apprehensive about joining a camera club, as they may think that all the members will be experts. Well, that’s not us. We have a wide variety of age-groups, skills and experience, and our only criteria for new members is that you have a camera of some sort - and that does not mean a fancy DSLR!

We welcome everyone, from absolute beginners to professionals. We just want members who want to learn, share knowledge, be part of a group and have fun.

If you think some of our photos are impressive, don't worry, we can help you to get that good. On the other hand, if you think you take better photos than those on this website, come along and show us how it is done! There is space for everybody and we are all on a photography journey of some sort, and some of us just need more help and a good guide.
